 Fountain Beach Resort enjoys envious location being right in the heart of Daytona Beach. Second building south of International Speedway Blvd, it is right where all the events and activities. Built in 1976 and converted to condo-hotel in 1998-1999, the resort boasts 111 studios and 18 suites (one bdr/2 bath units). Balconies are angled towards the ocean and there is view from each and every unit. Spacious studios (385 sf plus 50 sf balcony) and double this size suites are fully furnished. Studios have kitchenettes with undercounter fridge, microwave and toaster oven. Monthly maintenance fee of $310 a month for a studio ($620 for a suite) covers utilities, upkeep, security, basic cable, local phone, insurance... This is second building on the Atlantic Ave south of International Speedway Blvd. (Rt. 92), a few city blocks from Main Street, the Pier, Boardwalk, Hilton Hotel, Ocean Walk Resort and Shopping Village, Convention Center.
